Shipping information for the United States and Puerto Rico:

For domestic orders, we utilize USPS First Class Package, Ground Mail or USPS Priority Mail, based on the chosen delivery method during checkout. Order processing occurs on weekdays, excluding holidays, and takes 1-5 business days. After packing, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. It's important to note that we are NOT liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. PLEASE USE BOTH LINES PROVIDED FOR SHIPPING ADDRESS!

Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s the customer's responsibility to ensure correctness. If an error is identified before order processing, contact us promptly for correction. If the order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, the package returns to our offices. The customer must provide the accurate address and cover return shipping costs. Failure to do so within 1-5 business days of the package's return results in a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Delivered but not delivered

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your designated address, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further information. We kindly request customers to initiate communication with the carrier in such instances. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

Lost Packages

The January 1989 is not accountable for lost packages sent out correctly to the mail carrier. No store credit or refund will be provided for orders lost due to the customer's negligence in providing the correct address. If a delivery goes to the wrong address, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve or locate the package, and we will not contact the residents of the incorrect address. In the rare event of a package being lost or marked as delivered but not matching the location, customers can file a claim directly with USPS for assistance.
